If you are thrown out of the fight, first of all check your Internet connection. You can also check ping to Amsterdam or Singapore depending on which server you are playing on. Remember that it should not exceed 300 ms. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the minimum system requirements of our game. If your device meets them, and your ping does not exceed the acceptable threshold, please contact technical support.
Don't forget to also specify the ID of the battle in which the problem occurred.
If you have problems with the game, then you can take a number of measures to improve the quality of the game. First, change the graphics quality in the settings. The lower the graphics quality, the less RAM and graphics memory is required for its processing. Also close background applications that may load the system.
If you have a problem with your Internet connection, please check your ping to the game server. You can check your ping at various sites on the internet (for example: https://www.speedtest.net)
When you check the pings, we advise you to use the server in or near Amsterdam (for the European server) or Singapore (for the Asian server). This way you will get more reliable information about your ping to the server.
If your ping is higher than 300/350ms, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a stable connection to the game in this case. The ping threshold is 300/350 msec, which is the maximum possible.
Together with your internet connection, also check whether your device meets the minimum system requirements.
